She launched and grew Dell Technologies Global OEM Engineering Solutions business with ISV and OEM partners. She enabled solutions in the areas of AI/GenAI, Computer Vision, Digital Twin, UxA, Quantum Computing, next generation HPC, Liquid Cooling, Private 5G & mobility, Zero Trust & cyber security, edge computing & infrastructure, multi & hybrid cloud, real time analytics, industrial & retail automation. She worked closely with Dell’s Product Groups, Office of CTO, Sales, Marketing & Services to establish solution strategy & priorities.
Mei brings expanded capabilities in the partner ecosystem to design use-cases focused on business outcome-driven turnkey OEM solutions. Applying her keen awareness of the latest emerging market trends, Ms Mei Zhou and her team introduce their client’s cutting edge technologies to new markets and to address real world business challenges.

As Managing Partner of WoW Consulting Agency, Sonny Lastrella brings over two decades of experience spanning business development, capture strategy, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market execution across the defense, national security, enterprise IT, and emerging technology ecosystems. He has built and scaled growth strategies for integrators, OEMs, and solution providers operating at the intersection of mission-critical operations and advanced digital transformation.
Sonny has led revenue growth and market entry efforts across Army and DoD modernization priorities, including C5ISR, command-and-control, secure cloud and edge computing, enterprise IT services, and complex integration environments. His work has involved close collaboration with government stakeholders, prime contractors, and a broad partner ecosystem to align technology capabilities with real-world operational outcomes. He is known for translating complex technical solutions into clear value propositions that resonate with both senior decision-makers and operators in the field.
